So, in 2023, Nat quit his job to join me full-time in this crazy business. And let me tell you, having him on board has been a game-changer. His attention to detail is next-level. While I’m out here moving a million miles an hour, he’s the one making sure nothing gets missed. He’s taken on a ton of the heavy lifting when it comes to keeping things organized, which is exactly what we needed. Plus, he’s probably saved me from at least three nervous breakdowns this year. Alicia (Social Media Sorceress)

Social media? I’ve got my hands full enough, so I handed that hat over to Alicia, my right-hand woman for all things content. She’s the one keeping all my social media clients happy with killer posts and engaging content that makes them shine online. Trust me, when you’re not stressing over hashtags and engagement rates, life is good.

Julie & Gemma (The Organizational Queens)

Then we’ve got Julie and Gemma, the unsung heroes of data input, organisation, and all the administrative wizardry behind the scenes. They’re the ones who make sure everything is running like clockwork while I’m out here boxing, coaching, or solving Rubik’s cubes. They take the madness that is my schedule and turn it into something manageable.

If you don’t have a team yet, trust me—you need one. I thought I could handle it all solo until I saw the difference it makes to have the right people in place. Last week? A prime example. Losing Buzz (yep, my sweet old man) hit me hard, but thanks to my crew, not a single client was let down. Every bit of work was done, on time, and to perfection. And that’s when you realize: a solid team is worth its weight in gold.
