Alright, let’s cut through the nonsense and talk about social media for a second. I look after a lot of different accounts – seriously, from baby groups to construction companies, and everything in between. And yet, I keep hearing the same stuff: “They say you need to post three times a day!” “They say three reels will make you famous!” Look, I don’t know who they are, but they sound exhausting.

Here’s the thing: in my world, it’s not about hitting some magical “three posts a day” quota. It’s about consistency and creating content that’s actually fun and engaging. That’s the secret sauce, people.

Consistency

Posting every day or every other day is great – as long as you can stick with it. Consistency is key. But I get it: you’re busy, you’ve got a business to run, a life to live, and you don’t have time to remember to post when you’ve already got 10 other things on your to-do list. That’s where scheduling tools swoop in like the superheroes they are.

I love scheduling tools because you can sit down at the start of the month, knock out all your content in one go, and then you’re done. You don’t have to think about it again. It’s a beautiful thing.

“I Haven’t Had Feedback on My Posts!”

Now, if you come to me saying, “I haven’t had any feedback from the posts you’ve created,” here’s where I get a little real with you: posting isn’t enough. Social media isn’t a magic wand. You can’t just throw some posts out there and expect people to flock to you.

If your posts aren’t getting the feedback you want, it’s time to look at the bigger picture. Do you have a fantastic website that clearly explains who you are and what you do? Are you using reels, stories, and other features to showcase your personality? Are you doing face-to-face networking and encouraging real interaction? Are you engaging with your audience by liking, commenting, and actually talking to people? Just posting, or just doing reels, or just doing stories—it’s not enough. Social media is one piece of a much bigger puzzle.

Rant Over (Kind Of)

Look, I know this blog might come off a bit ranty, but people seem to think social media is magic. It’s not. You have to work at it. You have to build relationships with your audience and engage with them in more ways than one. There are plenty of companies that charge thousands and thousands of pounds to manage your social media, but guess what? That might not be your voice.

When you work with me and my team, we actually work with you. We see what you want, we throw out fun ideas, and we create eye-catching content that actually makes sense for your business. It’s not about following some random “three posts a day” rule – t’s about making your content yours.

So, if you’re ready to stop treating social media like a magic trick and start working with a team that gets it, you know where to find me. Let’s make your content something people want to see.

Simple as that.
